A membership is not required to workout with a personal trainer at Flex. All our personal trainers are independent—they each have their own style and technique of personal training.
We welcome all levels of fitness. We offer a beginner’s program, extreme weight loss program, strength and conditioning, core training, circuit training, sport-specific training, bodybuilding, and pre-competition training.
We provide the best and most experienced personal training in Seattle, centrally located with ample street parking.
